A Full House For Risk... ridethepig

Updated
We are going to dig deeper into our Gold maps to start getting back together with the capital flows. Before we start lets recap and understand how we got to this point.

The initial break for this entire leg started here when we traded the gap from 1205 => 1305:

The ladder is empty

This was the start of a 'D' leg in our long term triangle formation:

Large triangle forming...?

A superb leg and to top it off we took profits before covering longs in the final 'E' leg:

Whilst the cat is away (inflation)... the mouse can play

Here is where the very sharp details come into play, you will notice this final "E" leg failed to clear our targets (we noticed this live and manually closed as you will see in the updates) .. it was sending very loud messages that the huge breakup was coming and a new macro chapter was beginning.

For those in Silver it was also very clear here:

Silver ready to move as collateral

With XAUCNY outperforming too:

Gold in CNY aggressively moving higher

All in all, a very clear textbook example of how to trade macro flows all perfectly called and flawlessly traded. I would highly recommend for those new around here to dig deeper in those archives as there are some important details.

For now we remain in the same macro breakup, bulls are in full control and with QE4 confirmed this October after inflation missed and with risk ready to rain justice among the wicked, it's time to start tracking the break higher again!

The flows are simple, a break of the topside in the blue channel will present bulls with 1557 and 1587 targets. Whilst to the downside the red trend-line will act as steel support and attract a lot of buying interest.

Best of luck all those trading the next stages here, I hope so far it has proven a fruitful endeavour.

Thanks and happy weekend.
