24000 is the previous ATH, we are within 10% of it, seems like a final push to at least touch it is in order. What happens next is TBD, depending on what happens with this 24000 level.

Right now we are at 21500, go long to pick up 2500 pips at 24000.

On the hourly USD chart - BTC is about to go down, while XRP is about to go up - additional fuel for the 24000 push.
