Doubled the initial, so I rechecked for another go at it. It is for Vegas gambling money afterall. $20 should be fine. The MACD has me a little spooked, but that's probably why the cheap price. I figure the high end is like $60 from last year, so it was a lot closer to the floor then the roof. Also it appears Evergrande things are finally happening.
