Parallel Channel- A great tool for Identifying Trends
A parallel channel which can also be termed as a price channel is a tool to identify a share’s price in bounded parallel lines. It can be horizontal, ascending or descending. It’s a great tool for those traders who believe or trades with the idea of Price action.
A parallel channel can be formed when the price of a security is restricted by supply and demand and can be upward, downward or sideways trending. It shows the trend on which the security might be headed towards or on the verge of breaking it to reverse its direction. It can occur on various time frames and can be created on various instruments like stock, mutual funds, ETFs etc.
The two parallel lines act just like the Resistance and Support. The upper line acts like the Resistance and the lower line acts like Support. A lower trendline is when the price pivots higher, and an upper trendline when the price pivots lower. The steepness of the parallel lines decides the direction of the price it moves.
Ascending channel will be bounded by positive lines indicating that the price is trending higher with each closing of the bar. Likewise, a breakdown of the lower line means that price has moved significantly and now it will see some profit booking and makes a good opportunity for profit booking.
Descending channel indicates that price is trending lower with each bar it is forming. Whereas a breakout of the upper channel conveys that the trend has changed and now the price will move upwards.
As in this example of Axis Bank Daily chart, you could see a Descending Parallel channel which did retrace to its lower price channel and that makes it a good entry point after which it broke the upper channel with good volume confirming its upwards rally.

BANKNIFTY WEEKLY ANALYSIS By OmahtoCurrently Nifty Bank Has Fallen Like Anything. But Look At The Magic Of Harmonic . It Met With The 0.886 PRZ in And The Fall Has Stopped.
But In Case We Break That Level i.e 30600 And Close Below That In Daily Time Frame. We May Fall Till 29000 -28648.
But Chance Are Less As It Has Fallen Too Much. Now If You Choose To Look For Ultra Longs In Intraday Between Nifty And Banknifty , I Would Prefer Banknifty.
In The Higher Side If It Sustains Above 32500 Then We Can See A Upside Momentum.
Important Support And Resistance In Higher Time Frame
Support- 30600
Resistance 32500

divergence set up - some basic learningwhat is Divergence ? 👇
Divergence is when the price of an asset is moving in the opposite direction of a technical indicator, such as an oscillator, or is moving contrary to other data. Divergence warns that the current price trend may be weakening, and in some cases may lead to the price changing direction
what is Oscillator ? 👇
An oscillator is a technical analysis tool that constructs high and low bands between two extreme values, and then builds a trend indicator that fluctuates within these bounds. Traders use the trend indicator to discover short-term overbought or oversold conditions.
how is Oscillator used in Trading ? 👇
Oscillators are chart indicators that can assist a trader in determining overbought or oversold conditions in ranging (non-trending) markets. Most traders use multiple oscillators to confirm range extremes and for determining the important entry and exit points.
🛑Indicators for spotting the divergence indicator patterns are the Awesome Oscillator, macd, the RSI, CCI or stochastic.🛑

#nifty: understanding the importance of 5 min candlestickThis is pure educational post, and this post is not for analysing further movement.
Many viewers think why I am analysing Nifty on 15 min candlestick, well actually I analyze in multiple TF. If you're a nifty trader, then you need to realize the importance of even 5 min candlestick. One strong 5 min candlestick can be of 50/60 points of nifty. Imagine this one candle goes against you! It's pretty scary, right? This is the major reason to analyze on smaller TF and being as close to SL as possible. People who follow me know how close I am to the bottom/top of the trade.
The Gap up from yesterday's low surely made a bad day for PE buyers. Hence, I do not suggest going against the trade or trade only for intraday.
When and why nifty will touch 14000 all the updates you will find on twitter/YouTube. Fortunately, I stay away from such predictions and I have no idea whether or not it will touch 14000 . What would I or you do even if you know Nifty will touch this or that level? You can't just enter and wait for the target, especially against the trend.
Then how do you trade?
Well, will give simple tips,
1. If you're confused, stay away,
2.Your focus should be on entry and exit.
3. Top most priority to stop loss and risk management.
For nifty-
4. stay with the major trend and major trend is bullish we all know.
5. Do no hold PE for the next day most of the time it will backfire
6. Hold CE for the next day only when you have bagged in good 70/80 points. So in case if opens gap down\flat you will still get out in breakeven at least.
7. Hold CE for the next day only when you're confident and have a clarity that correction has ended.
8. If you bagged in 70/100 pints nifty, then do not let this to run in a loss. If the market goes against you suddenly, get out. You will get another chance.
9. Try to trade after 10 Am after market becomes little stable.
10. Chill out if you miss the opportunity.
11. The most important, do not take a fresh long position at ATH.
Regards
INDUSIND BANK : ALGO SIGNAL DEMONSTRATIONHOW TO FOLLOW ALGO SIGNAL:
Deciding buy/sell
1.Strictly use only on 1 hour time frame.
2.Wait for a ‘X’ sign before mind make up. A red ‘X’ means look for selling opportunity , a green ‘X’ means look for buying opportunity.
Taking a position:
3.Wait for an arrow before entering into any position. A red arrow on upside of a bar pointing downward means open short position. A green arrow below the bar pointing upward means open buy position.
4.NOTE: Only after the the signalling of X , look for arrow. Do not buy/sell if you see any arrow before the signal of X.
5.STOP LOSS should be the most recent swing high/low or most recent STRONG CANDLE’S high/low.
While maintaining the position :
6.The small triangles after the each bar completion tells you to hold the position. The red triangles appearing upside on the bar tells you to hold the short position, whereas the green triangles appearing below the bars tells you to hold the long position.
Exiting the position:
7.After you create a buy position , if you see a green arrow above any bar pointing downward, then you should either book partially/leave the position for sometime. You will get another signal to re-enter.
8.Similarly, after you create a sell position , if you see a red arrow below any bar pointing upward, then you should either book partially/leave the position for sometime. You will get another signal to re-enter.
9.While being in position if you see any X signal which is opposite of your trade , then leave your position immediately.
10.When you see a big red circle dot then you must exit all your short positions. Contrary , when you see a big green circle dot , you must exit all your long positions. And then wait for a X-signal.
No Trading Zone:
11.When you get frequent X-signals in green-red-green-red & that too very close, then its means that stock is going to form a range. One should wait for the range break & move away to another stock. (THIS IS WHERE YOU WILL REQUIRE A PRACTICE TO IDENTIFY THE RANGE)
✨TERM OF THE DAY✨ = TIME VALUE OF MONEY (VIEW SHARED AS READ)... is the concept that
money available at the present time

in the future due to its potential earning capacity.
This core principle of Finance holds that
