Strategy : Buy in Dips using Support Zone & EMAIEX is an Indian Company in Power Sector.
Recently after forming a Bearish Bat, Share price fell by almost 20% from 303 to 235
The RSI of the company also reached 30 level - Key level for bounce back
After taking support at its previous low that is the W pattern low 1 at 236- 232 zone ( purple rectangle in chart ),
The share has shown a healthy bounce led by the Bullish Kicker and is trading at 254 now.
If it follows the trend of bouncing from EMA 100, one can look for targets at previous Highs of 300 and 317
In a rising market, EMA is a good tool to catch the Dip if price shows a healthy initial bounce.
Stop loss at 230 that is previous low will warrant a reward risk ratio of 5:2
The share fundamentals are strong and has a PEG Ratio of 1.8.
PEG ratio above 1 is generally considered good.
The EPS of the company has been on a rising trend and can be a good long term pick as well.

GOLDEN CROSSOVER Golden Strategy INDICATORS USED:
EMA 4
EMA 9
EMA 18
TIME FRAME FOR ENTRY/EXIT: 5 min
WORKS VERY WELL ON BOTH NIFTY AND BANK NIFTY
As you can see on the chart that when EMA 4 crosses EMA 9 and EMA 18 together then the crossover of EMA 4 is golden crossover.
This is the bookish definition...Now let's look at the applications with complete trading setup
This strategy works well only on a trending day...
STRATEGY:
BUY once there is a golden crossover as shown in the post below:
SELL once there is a golden crossover as shown in the post below:
SOUNDS very simple and it is indeed but works well only if the day is trending...simple price action or anchored vwap strategy.
Let's look into the STOPLOSS and TARGET:
STOPLOSS:
Place stoploss BELOW EMA 18
TRAILING STOPLOSS:
EMA 4,EMA 9, EMA 18 acts as a good support...Place the trailing stoploss below any of them depending on your setup...(EMA 18 is preferred)
TARGET:
This strategy does not provide and fixed target...Keep trading until the trailing stoploss is hit. (Captures almost entire trend on a trending day...that's why it is best for trending days)
EXAMPLES:
SELL
As you can see on the chart how beautifully EMA 4/9/18 are respected by the market on a trending day...and 250 points of move was captured in NIFTY 50.
BUY
Similarly 230+ points were captured and the market again respected these moving averages
FALSE SIGNAL:
This strategy is not a holy grail...it will give many false signals in a non trending day...so using this strategy along with price action will make it a lot more accurate. DO KEEP IN MIND THAT ANY STRATEGY WHEN FOLLOWED WITH PROPER RISK MANAGEMENT AND POSITION SIZING WILL ONLY GIVE PROFITS IN THE LONG RUN...
If you have any doubts in this strategy do let me know in the comments...would love to answer them asap

2025 MARKET CRASH?Many of the investors mistakenly believe that it is the best time to wait after the election results to buy shares. If PAPPU's party comes then the economy might not do good or if NaMo's party comes then the economy will boom...(JUST AN EXAMPLE...I AM NOT TARGETING ANY ONE HERE) People just believe that their favourite politician/party will take the economy ahead...Truth is totally different...No matter which party comes the year following the election is usually a disaster with very few as exceptions as in 2004.
1st year after the election ------BEAR MARKET/CRASH (2021)
2nd year after the election ------BEAR MARKET MAY CONTINUES TILL FIRST HALF the rest of YEAR 2 is bullish (2021)
3rd year after the election ------BEST YEAR AMONG THE 4 YEARS (2022)
4th year after the election ------CHOPPY ONE (1st half best and second half is little bearish (2023)
2024-ELECTIONS
2025-CRASH
Over the past 100 years this 4 year cycle is unfolding like as if a script is written by the politicians. lol
The year after the election is not good because whatever be the negatives immediately after the election and all the positives 2 years before the elections to get reelected and the markets behave the same way.
There are many historical datas which can be used to predict the way the markets might move based on the psycology of the humans which will never change like the price action patterns...months and days of a month where the market is most bullish/bearish like tue/wed are the most weakest days taking example for the past 1 year.

Market Crash after a BULL MARKET? How to predict them?"HISTORY REPEATS ITSELF" is a very powerful mantra for success in STOCK MARKET.
Anyone can mint money in a bull market but THE ONE who protects his/her money before a market crash is the one who makes profits in the long run...
And the fun fact is that market gives enough chances to protect one's capital before the crash.
Here I am with one of the very few patterns which was common in both the major crash of 2008 and 2020 and in a mini crash of 1999.
This SETUP is very simple to read...yet a very powerful one
CONDITIONS TO QUALIFY IN THIS SETUP:
1.EMA 52 Slope should not be one directional upwards (CHECK IN BOTH DAILY AND WEEKLY TIME FRAME)
2.RSI-Sharp dip below 40
3.Triple Top as seen in the 1999/2008/2020 crash.
4.Breaking the bottom of the channel with gap down/low wick red candle.
LOOK AT THE MAGIC (1999 CRASH):
2008 CRASH:
2020 CRASH:
Now This was one such SETUP which was common in 2 MAJOR and 1 MINOR crashes in the data which is available on charts.
MARKETs can fell in many other bearish reversal setups like HEAD AND SHOULDERS as shown in the BEGINNING OF 2015 BEAR MARKET:
Many more reversal setups are there which are visible in most of the mini/major crashes that takes place in the market...I will look forward to share one by one all the possible reversal patterns to avoid confusion in reading and digesting the SETUPs...FOLLOW me to stay updated as soon as I upload them on my channel.

TRADE PULLBACKS LIKE A PROAn Uptrending stock gives many opportunities to enter in it.
But...we miss many of them assuming it as a reversal or before we enter the stock moves much higher again and Risk/Reward ratio is unfavourable for our trade.
Here I am with another tried and tested strategy to find whether it's a pullback or trend reversal and the most IMPORTANT...enter before the stock moves much higher.
So let's discuss Step by Step from STOCK SELECTION to ENTRY,STOPLOSS,EXIT.
I will also be discussing about the candlestick patterns and indicators for better accuracy.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1.STOCK SELECTION:
.Broader market has to be in a uptrend (BULL MARKET)
.The stock should be from an uptrending sector
.The stock has to be in a STAGE 2 uptrending structure to QUALIFY as a stock for pullback.
For detail explanation of STAGES I have linked a post below:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
2.MOMENTUM INDICATORS
.RSI-- It has to be above 50 to increase the accuracy of the trade
.EMA 50--Slope of EMA 50 has to be positive
.MOMENTUM--If it is positive then it's icing on the cake
.ADX--While the stock is falling ADX should also fall to give a shade better trade.
.VOLUME--Should be low when the stock is falling as compared to Going up
Keeping things simple : IF THE STOCK QUALIFIES ALL THE ABOVE CRITERIA OF SELECTION AND INDICATORS THEN IT IS NOT A TREND REVERSAL
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
3.CANDLESTICK PATTERNS
.Low body red candles are a very good sign
.Long wick rejection from the bottom
.Very less big body red candle (NOT MORE THAN 2)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
4.ENTRY
The most important part of pullback trading is to enter before the stock moves very high and also not wait for months for it to move.
STEP-1: Mark the candle of previous high as '0' in daily time frame.
STEP-2:Keep counting the candles from 1-20 as shown in the below figure: (MIN 8 has to be there)
STEP-3: Now when the count is completed mark the lowest price of the stock within the pullback range as 'PIVOT'
STEP-4:Now switch the chart to 1hr time frame as shown on the chart of HDFC Ltd.
NOTE: Candle 0's high has to be the high within these candles (MIN 8)...if not then this strategy might not work well.
STEP 5:Draw a stage structure (BASE) and our entry will be the breakout of this range (50%) and pullback to this STAGE (50%)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
5.STOPLOSS AND EXIT
STOPLOSS: The pivot point will be our stoploss
EXIT: After the stock has broken out of the stage EXIT after 20 counts (It sounds theoritical and funny...but it do works most of the time
Look at the EXAMPLE OF RELIANCE with the concepts mentioned above:
You can also see the EXAMPLE OF AIRTEL's previous pullback
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
NOTE: Like all other strategies even this strategy is not 100% accurate.
I hope you liked this strategy of pullback trading and it might increase your chances to make profits in the market. If you have any doubts do let me know in the comment section below.
I will be posting a lot more strategies for trading/risk management in this channel ahead.

The only FOUR stages of a stock's lifeSTAGE 1 (ACCUMULATION):
In this stage the stock consolidates in a narrow price range which usually lasts for months but in some cases years and then breaks on the higher side.
STAGE 2 (ADVACVING):
In this stage the stock price moves in a higher high and higher low structure.
STAGE 3 (DISTRIBUTION):
In this stage the stock price consolidates in a narrow range and then the price breaks on the lower side.
STAGE 4 (DECLINING):
In this stage the stock price moves in a lower high and lower low price pattern.
The only way to make big money is to identify these stages and buy the breakout at the right time.
I have also attached a diagram to show show the four stages. Please do have a look.

WHY DO MOST RETAIL TRADERS LOSE MONEY?Let us find out the reason why retailers lose money year after year
To find out that let's understand the 4 stages of any stock/index.
--> STAGE 1:
.This is the stage where accumulation of the stock by FIIs and DIIs takes place and the price trades in a range bound structure ( as shown on the chart ) where buyers and sellers are in equilibrium.
.This stage might last for many months and in some cases years.
.Most of the retail traders exit because of frustration before the big movement takes place.
--> STAGE 2:
.This is the advancing stage that starts after the breakout from stage 1 with a good volume.
.The stock is bought at every dip and it heads higher forming a HIGHER HIGH and HIGHER LOW structure
.Retailers exit on fear of losing the money earned.
--> STAGE 3:
.This is the distribution phase of a stock where FIIs and DIIs book profits and the shares are distributed to the retail traders.
--> STAGE 4:
.This phase starts after breakdown from stage 3.
.The stock starts it's downtrend journey and at this stage many traders try to average the stock bought and therefore increasing the overall loss.
I hope this post helped you in understanding one of the few ways to get out of the trap retail traders are in and start your journey towards becoming a successful trader.
Thank You for reading with patience

The Trend in the Bend - EMA + Price ActionKPIT Technology is one of the leading IT shares in India. I had also identified and posted it just before its recent rally.
Here is a more detailed run through of the price action.
It demonstrated a very clear support at EMA 50 level and a fairly clear Resistance level.
This was further supplemented with a double bottom pattern and rising volume levels - Clear entry signals
Also, knowing that the EPS of the company has been consistently growing without unreasonable price increase, helps to strength the conviction.
I personally find EMA very helpful for pullback levels and they are fairly effective in a healthy upward trend.
EMA is basically the Exponential Moving Average of the share price over a period of days.
Traders use various EMA levels for identifying bounce back levels and pullback zones for re entry.
Normally EMA 9,21 are used for short term trades, which basically means exponential average over a period of 9 days and 21 days.
Furthermore, EMA 21, 50, 100, 200 are major ones I prefer to keep a track of.
EMA might not be very helpful in a sideways market, but when combined with a clear Support - Resistance level and Volume Analysis, it can be a helpful tool.
I hope you enjoyed reading this abstract.

Stock Analysis of HDFC BankPrice - 1546.80 Dt. - 15.09.2021
The stock broke the level of 1520 after multiple attempts in August end. After that stock move rapidly and decided to retest the support level. On the 15th stock opened in red but closed in green with higher than average volume. RSI is showing strength and MACD is normal. Stock can start moving up from tomorrow or may go to 1520. Enter trade only if stock is in green after 1:30 pm.
Stock Analysis of Solara Active PharmaPrice - 1694.45 Dt. - 16.09.2021
Stock is in range since May and stock is near the support line. RSI is showing strength and the moving average crossover will happen soon. Stock can move to 1800 in few days and if the volume is good it can break the level and start moving up.
The stock also made a Flag pattern on Weekly Chart.
How to identify Breakout - Price ActionFor the purpose of demonstrating how one can identify a trend change using Support - Resistance and Price Action, I have taken the daily chart of IEX. I had also identified and posted about it before the recent rally.
The first step is to establish a clear support and resistance line. In case of a breakout, I like to keep my target at around the same price difference range between old support and old resistance after it bounces from the resistance.
The crucial thing lies in identifying the candlestick pattern around the support - resistance. In our case, when the price first hit the resistance, it formed a clear Bearish Engulfing and the next time, it formed a healthy dark cloud cover followed by an engulfing. These are clear red flags when a trader should start booking profits.
Similair bullish patterns can be identified at support region like the Morning Star pattern as in the above chart.
In order for the price to give a breakout, Volume & Momentum play a very crucial role. A rising volume with price rise builds momentum, and increases the chances of a breakout. Another important observation is to see HOW STRONG did the PRICE BOUNCE from the support. Long wicks, very less or almost no consolidation around the support and a bounce back from an area above the support instead of retracing all the way back to the support are clear indications of trend reversal from Bearish to Bullish.
Also notice how the candle formed a Morning Star during the bounce, this further strengthens our conviction that the trend is changing.
Observe how the red candles grow smaller and smaller as they approach support, this indicates weakening of the bearish momentum.
Also the Resistance was approached in a very aggressive foray this time with clear long green candles indicating a very strong pent up demand.
I hope this analysis provides some insight into how the Price action gives an early indication of the future price movement.

Identifying Set Ups - Price Action + MACD + EMAToggling between numerous stocks can be tiresome. Using a strategic method to identify potential set ups can save your time and deliver amazing results!
In the above chart,
I first noticed that the price was around its support. It can be confirmed by seeing the previous price swings that the support is well tested.
Next I look at the MACD to confirm if the divergence between the Signal Line and MACD line is decreasing to make sure if it is the right time to enter or not.
Usually these 2 steps take hardly a few seconds and I can form a preliminary idea about the position.
Once these two points are confirmed,
I move forward to confirm if the EMA 9,21 (which can been seen has worked out beautifully for this stock in the short time frames like 7-10 days) is actually looking bullish to enter right now. If the EMA is not already crossed, or about to cross, I can drop the share here. In this case, the EMA lines are very close and the chances of a bullish cross are good enough.
Next, I confirm my hunch by looking at the Volume data and see if the increase is price will actually be sustained by smart money flow, or fall down by retail trading pressures. Increasing volume with price increase helps to get conviction for a long position.
Finally, I check the RSI levels and I monitor them very closely to see if there is any Bullish or Hiden divergence and see how strong they might be. I also like to draw a vertical line at the key level from which RSI always bounces or retracts. Personally I prefer RSI levels between 50 and 60, after a recovery from 30-40. It just implies that the bulls are gaining control again and still leaves out plenty of room for entering a trade and making profits before it hits the overbought region.
After I am satisfied with the Technicals, the last thing remains is to check if there are any major news, events or rumours about the share and the recent EPS growth of the share. This doesnt affect a lot in the short run, but doing due diligence never hurts. It is how I identified IEX, HUL and TCS just right before they shot up.
