$AG setting up for a rip your face off rally #tothemoonFirst Majestic is a hated stock as of now, it also has the largest short position in the entire silver miners listed in NYSE. Bad sentiments and frustrated investors is a great combination to identify when a sector bottoms. Looking at the price action as of now, especially from $4.5 to $7.8 it looks like a strong bullish reversal. Also this is a institution move, smart money is buying silently. Also with silver heading to new highs, which means that silver miners are turning healthy. Many silver miners are making decent margins already around 15-20% OPM, the higher silver prices go the more Free Cash Flow will be generated which will directly impact bottom line. And, the valuations are dirt cheap. Reasons why like like First Majestic : - Acquired Gatos Silver recently, by this deal the net AISC improves, i feel it should be around $20-18. Before acquisition NYSE:AG AISC was $25, Gatos Silver being a low cost producer should now cumulatively bring the AISC down. - They also announced a share repurchase program which is a positive. - They are the only silver miner with a Mint capacity, First Mint Store. Unlike other mints, which are either government-owned or privately held. Good addition to capture the entire value chain. Well at current valuation and where the silver price is at its hard for me to see the downside. So i may be biased. I will only exit this scrip if i see Silver go below $23. That is my exit criteria. Range Breakout with Huge Volume in CDSLWould love to call this analysis as "CDSL 2.0", After sharing study/view previously, the Price Moved exactly as per our analysis that we plotted/planned in the/as per chart. So This Time Sharing the analysis on same stock but with different condition, different situation in the chart. Patjhar ke baad aate hain din bahar ke, HDFCBANK 2300? PossibleWhile this mad bull rally is on, while I am youtubing every single market crash video periodically, it doesn't hurt to think or a moment with the trend. So, what I observed every expiry, Nifty chart watching is a waste of time. Just Watch both Reliance and HDFCBANK on split screen. If either of them is giving a large move, that’s Nifty's expiry. So much a 10% can do, imagine 10% mandatory SIP till 40 years will earn you so much! Anyway, so HDFCBANK is looking good for a very large move, which actually has been pending. Pretty simple support and resistance box. Diwali bhi hai. So very good Swing opportunity. This is just a chart pattern discussion. Retracement done, let's go to the next big resist/support lvlTextbook move, RSI is now back in a very very good position on 15min, 1h and 4h. We can go and move on to the next resistance/support level (3875 EUR - 4400 USD) If we break through this one, we are going to start 2019 on bull run! Joe & James are going to FOMO like at the end of 2017!!! If we don't break it, the bear will be back in charge and we will go test test a new yearly low. As usual, I don't know what I am doing (but I am getting better at this I feel...)
