The Offshore Oil segment includes the design and engineering of specialist equipment, platform maintenance and modification, well testing support, subsea operations, and maintenance services. The Tankships segment operates fleet of product tankers carrying petrol, diesel, and kerosene. The company was founded by James Fisher in 1847 and is headquartered in Barrow-in-Furness, the United Kingdom.
