Kistos Holdings Plc engages in the acquisition and management of businesses in the energy sector. It operates through the following geographical segments: the Netherlands, Norway, and the United Kingdom (UK). The Netherlands segment includes production and sale of gas and other hydrocarbons from the Q10-A field, and the costs associated with exploration, appraisal and development of other Dutch licenses. The Norway segment consists of production of oil from interests in the Balder and Ringhorne Ost fields offshore Norway. The UK segment is involved in the production and sale of gas and other hydrocarbons from the Greater Laggan Area, and the costs associated with exploration, appraisal and development of other licenses in the UK North Sea, as well as the newly acquired UK gas storage assets which comprises of Hill Top and Hole House facilities. The company was founded by Andrew Philip Austin on October 14, 2020 and is headquartered in London, the United Kingdom.
