It operates through the following geographical segments: Hong Kong, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Mainland China, Other Markets, and Group Corporate Centre. The Other Markets segment includes Australia and New Zealand, Cambodia, Indonesia, Myanmar, the Philippines, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Vietnam, and India. The Group Corporate Centre segment consists of company functions, shared services, and eliminations of intragroup transactions. The company was founded by Cornelius Vander Starr in 1919 and is headquartered in Hong Kong.
