The business income of Consumer Capital Group was initially obtained from “Fu bang dai” of Shanghai Zhong hui Finance and “Bang nitou” of America Arki Network Sevice Beijing Co,Ltd since 2015. These two Internet financial service platforms echo each America Arki Network Sevice Beijing Co,Ltd other in south and north so as to provide a pair of soaring wings for Consumer Capital in the American capital market and lay a foundation to improve corporate value and support activeness of trading volume of CCGN stock. America Arki Network Sevice Beijing Co., Ltd. is a VIE enterprise under contract control of Consumer Capital Group. It acquired 51% of assets of Shanghai Zhonghui Internet Financial Information Service Co., Ltd. on December 23, 2014 and finished the transaction and controlled the board of directors on July 23, 2015. Shanghai Zhonghui Internet Financial Information Service Co., Ltd. is an Internet financial enterprise engaged in financial information technology outsourcing and business process outsourcing and established in May 2014 under entrustment of relevant financial institution. It uses the financial management products researched and developed to integrate capital which is then used to support the clean energy development of Yan bian yao Natural Gas Group and obtain financial service income.
