The Metasearch segment manages websites focused on directing traffic, in exchange for a commission, to the sites of OTAs and airlines and other direct providers. The Other segment refers to the businesses and ventures that do not constitute a separate operating segment. The company was founded by Fabio Cannavale and Marco Corradino in 2004 and is headquartered in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
