The Airframe segment covers engineered latching and locking devices, engineered rods, engineered connectors, and elastomer sealing solutions. The Non-Aviation segment involves off-road vehicle suppliers and subsystem suppliers, child restraint system suppliers, and satellite and space system suppliers. The company was founded by W. Nicholas Howley and Douglas W. Peacock in 1993 and is headquartered in Cleveland, OH.
