Bussiness model : Co manufactures a wide range of carbon materials and chemicals. Its products include coal tar pitch, carbon black, specialty carbon black (SCB) Naphthalene, Advanced carbon material, SNF (Sulphonated Naphthalene Formaldehyde) and specialty oils.
They are planning to expand production of Lithium Titanate Oxide which will be used for electric vehicle Batteries.
It has transformed its portfolio from low value products to high valued products over the years for higher margins.

Mar 2020 and Jun 2020 has been bad Quarters for this Co due to Covid expect this Co has been performing consistently well.

Promoter holds 45.43% slightly below average.
Debt 596 crs can be cleared with 2 years profit, however Company is looking for expansion so Debt clearing won't happen soon.
Co is profitable from last 4 years since sales growing at good speed
Cashflow decent from last 6-7 years

Technically accumulation has happened on monthly charts from last 4 months and stock is ready to breakout from its Cup and Handle pattern
