NIFTY opened with a huge gap down today, 10 o'clock range broke downside and gave a small move downside. It has bounced from the weekly support levels. Breakdown of 15670 can lead to a free fall till 15500 and 15350.
Coming to tomorrow's trade setup, if index opens above today's high- 15890 and a 5 Min candle closes above this then we will long for the target of 16000 and 16100.
Incase it opens flat and a 15 Min candle closes below 15685, we will short for the target of 15575 and 15490.
In case it opens gap up but below today's high. then we will sell from 15870 for the target of 15770 and below.
In case of a big gap up/down, wait till 10 o'clock and mark the high and low of the trading range. Trade on this range breakout.
