Nifty - Trend Analysis for 19-07-2022

Trend:
With todays bullish close Nifty is continuing its upward journey since Friday i,e 15-07-2022, Nifty managed to close at todays high. As per our Analysis and also during the intraday updates on chart, it gave a clear break out above 16220 levels which itself was enough to say that we are heading towards highest closing of the day. An update message was posted during the day on trading view idea page

Now today it is expected to continue its upward momentum as PUT writers at16200-16000 range on options are badly trapped and it looks like we may even see upwards of 16400 levels by this weekend.

For today use and fall to get into markets with proper risk management (RRR) but where ever you enter the Stop loss for all longs of the day is at 16195 below which we will see selling pressure (this doesn't indicate that we will get license to short sell :) below 16195 ).

Comment:
With clues from SGX NIFTY we are about to open below 16195 (Stop Loss Level) . if this happens kindly wait for Nifty to Cross 16230 on upside where you can enter with Stop loss of 16195. On the Riskier side if market opens anywhere in between 16150-16200 range you can go long with stop loss of 16120 too.

Overall the trend is intact on bullish side hence no shorts :)
Comment:
Good Going as expected without hitting Stops and giving graceful entry with beautiful RR :) . Blessed day
