Exploring the Golden Crossover Strategy: A Christmas Day Special🎄 Merry Christmas, My TradingView Family! 🎄
Greetings to all. I trust that you are all thriving in both your personal lives and trading endeavors. Today, I present educational content aimed at understanding the concepts of Golden Crossover with EMA.
The Golden Cross strategy using Exponential Moving Averages (EMAs) is a technical analysis signal that occurs when a short-term EMA (50-period) crosses above a long-term EMA (200-period). This pattern is seen as a bullish signal, suggesting the potential start of an upward trend.
Key Concepts:
50-EMA: Reflects the average price over 50 periods, more responsive to recent price changes.
200-EMA : Reflects the average over 200 periods, showing a longer-term trend.
Why It’s Bullish:
The 50-EMA crossing above the 200-EMA signals that recent price momentum is stronger than the long-term trend, indicating a shift to a bullish market.
Trader's Approach:
Entry Point: Traders may buy once the 50-EMA crosses above the 200-EMA, expecting further price increases.
Volume Confirmation: High volume during the crossover strengthens the signal.
Risk Management: Traders often use stop-loss orders to protect against sudden reversals.
Advantages of EMAs:
Faster Signals: EMAs respond quicker to price changes, providing earlier signals than SMAs.
More Sensitivity: EMAs are more responsive to recent market moves.
Limitations:
False Signals: In choppy markets, the crossover can sometimes lead to false trends.
Lagging Indicator: Though quicker than SMAs, EMAs still reflect past price data and can be delayed.
In summary, the Golden Cross with EMAs is a bullish trend reversal signal, where the 50-EMA crossing above the 200-EMA suggests a potential upward trend, but traders should confirm with volume and manage risks.

A-Z About HEIKEN ASHI CandlesticksHEIKEN ASHI Strategy:
1.INTRODUCTION (WHY HEIKEN ASHI CANDESTICKS)
Often trading on the trend gets difficult due to price action that makes trader exit trades early. (USELESS NOISE FORMED BY TRADITIONAL CANDLES)
This mainly happens due to impact of one single candle or bar on Trader’s ability to hold positions.
Through Heiken Ashi Candles , this problem is largely solved as Price Trend is clearly represented through these.
LOOK at the difference between TRADITIONAL and HEIKEN-ASHI Candlesticks below:
A) TRADITIONAL candlestick with a lot of noise during uptrend and downtrend which confuses most of the traders and forces them to exit early
B) HEIKEN-ASHI with a smooth buttery experience while trading:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
2.TYPES OF CANDLES
Let us now come to the types of Heiken Ashi candles.
In this chart, I have done 5 markings to explain the various types of candles in Heiken Ashi.
a)The wide range yellow/green candles indicates good momentum and shows the stock shall be bullish for some more days unless and until there are signs of reversals
b)The small body green/yellow candles represents the continuation of the trend although they show that the stock is not very bullish but is bullish
c)SPINNING TOP- is formed when the body of the candle is very small (NOT A DOJI) and there is wick equal on both upper and lower side.
d)The wide range red candles shows weakness in the stock
e)INDECISIVE Candles- are formed when it is neither of the above candles (small body and irregular size wicks on up and down side)
Always remember, size of body, shadows, and range of candle determines whether it Is bullish, bearish or neutral candle
Do read futhur to understand
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
3) KEY RULES to follow
There are broadly 5 rules that need to be followed when trading with Heiken Ashi Candles.
DO HAVE A LOOK AT THE CANDLES SIMULTANEOUSLY
Rule 1 – Green candles with no lower shadows indicate a strong uptrend: When you spot these on charts, be in the trade and don’t think about profit booking. You might want to add to your long position and exit short positions.
Rule 2 – Candles with a small body with upper and lower shadows indicate trend change: These are indecision candles and require more confirmation.
Rule 3 – Red/Black candles with no upper shadow indicates strong a downtrend: When you spot these on charts, be in the trade and don’t think about profit booking. You might want to add to your short position and exit long positions
Rule 4 – Candles with long lower shadows represent Buying interest. Always take note of these candles and assess price action after you spot these candles.
Rule 5 – Candles with long upper shadows represent selling interest and be cautious with existing long positions if you spot such Candles.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
4) INITIATION AND CONTINUATION:
You just need to know 2 types in trend analysis
1.INITIATION CANDLE
2.CONTUATION CANDLES
1.Initiation candle is one that sets the tone of Trend and defines underlying momentum for price. This is why Initiation candles are most important in Trend Analysis and Price action trading.
2.Continuation candles are ones that reaffirm the direction of trend and are useful to increase positions in the direction of trend.
FREE TIP:
When you begin price trend analysis, always look for initiation Heiken Ashi candles and then look for continuation candles.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
5) IDENTIFYING STRONG TRENDS:
In the chart below, let us see how a strong Up/Down trend looks like.
In Heiken Ashi, we should be measuring strength of move based on Initiation Candles (Candles that represent strong trend).
If you look at the chart, all markings that I have done are that of Strong Initiation candles on the downside and upside (BUY/SELL)
When such candles are visible on the chart, invariably Price tends to move up/low. Always keep range of Candle in mind.
It should be wide with no upper/lower shadows for uptrend and downtrend respectively.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
6) COMMON MISTAKES
Most Common mistake when using Heiken Ashi Candles is to Enter or Exit Trades based on the color of Candle. Most beginners commit this mistake and this should be avoided at all times. Whether it is Heiken Ashi Candles or any other charting method, you need to understand the overall Market Trend and Context. Without this, you will find it difficult to Trade successfully over a longer period of time.(PRICE ACTION IS THE KING) This is just an additional filter like an indicator and should not be treated as the only parameter in your strategy...If trading was so easy then 90% wouldn't have lost their money in trading...Trading is like cooking you need to add the right ingredients in the right amount to taste a dish good.A pinch of salt less can ruin the entire hardword behind making the dish...Similar is trading...Will make a tutorial on risk management as well...Do let me know if you are interested only then it would be wise for me to proceed ahead.
One of the main things you have to do is to analyze which candles contribute to Trend and which do not. This effective way of filtering out relevant candles from non relevant one’s is what will help you succeed with Heiken Ashi Candles.
FREE TIP:(SAVES TIME DO READ)
Always divide your Candles into two types;
1.Candles that have impact on Trend
2.Candles that have no impact
This way, you will know which one’s to be focussed upon.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
7)DISADVANTAGES:
EVERY + HAS A - ELSE EVERY TRADER WOULD HAVE USED THIS STRATEGY TO MAKE TONS OF MONEY EVERYDAY
The one main disadvantage that most traders refer to is that by the time Traders take positions based on Heiken Ashi Candles, the entire move is already over. While there is some merit to this, it is important to note that this mainly applies to short time frame charts. On higher time frame charts (30 Min to Monthly time frame), Heiken Ashi has tremendous benefits and Traders should try and incorporate these in their Trading arsenal.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I hope this tutorial as helpful for you to understand some basics of HEIKEN-ASHI candlesticks...There are many other types of candlesticks which have their own importance like RENKO and PnF candlesticks...Do let me know in the comments whether I should make posts on STOCKs that I Trade/EDUCATIONAL posts like this

TRADING A GAME OF PROBABILITYTRADING A GAME OF PROBABILITY
We know that market has random movements; the pattern behaved in the past cannot behave exactly the same next time so in a random market environment there are so many external factors that can affect the outcome of the trade, a trader cannot know all those factors. What you know is your EDGE (your strategy) which is certain in an uncertain market environment, If your edge has a positive outcome you can produce a consistent result in a random environment.
HOW TO PRODUCE CONSISTENT RESULT IN A RANDOM ENVIRONMENT
An event that has a probable outcome can produce consistent results if you have the odds in your favor and there is a large enough sample size. (a series of trades generated by your edge). You have to think in probabilities and take every single trade which meets the criteria of your system (your edge); you don’t know the outcome of any trade before taking the trades (you don’t know which trade is going to be a winner or loser) unless you know a way to travel in time so, you cannot select between the trades you have to play all.
Every event is independent of the previous one. If your last 2 trades are loser doesn’t mean next will also be a loser, because markets are random and you can make consistent result if you have odds in your favor.
Flag Pattern (Flag and Pole Pattern)A flag pattern is a trend continuation pattern, appropriately named after it’s visual similarity to a flag on a flagpole. Flag patterns can be bullish or bearish.
1. Flagpole: A line extending up from this break to the high of the flag/pennant forms the flagpole. The flagpole is the distance from the first resistance or support break to the high or low of the flag. The sharp advance (or decline) that forms the flagpole should break a trend line or resistance/support level.
2. Flag: A flag is a small rectangle pattern that slopes against the previous trend. If the previous move was up, then the flag would slope down. If the move was down, then the flag would slope up. The price action just needs to be contained within two parallel trend lines.
3. Break: For a bullish flag, a break above resistance signals that the previous advance has resumed. For a bearish flag, a break below support signals that the previous decline has resumed.
4. Volume: Volume should be heavy during the advance or decline that forms the flagpole. Volume contracts during the flag's formation and expands right after the resistance/support breakout.
5. Target: The length of the flagpole can be applied to the resistance break or support break of the flag to estimate the advance or decline.
Institutional money - Volume speaks a lot!Apl Apollo is one of the leading companies in Indian Steel sector.
I had some previous posts on it as well, which played out well for me.
The key aspect is to put urself in those big shoes and think like an Institution.
The key problem if you are an institution and want to buy a sizeable portion in a share is LIQUIDITY.
How will you get enough sellers to buy shares from?
Notice how on 11th Nov at 902 level,
One MF house Sold its position in APL Apollo while another Bought it.
One created Liquidity for the other.
Similarly on 20th December, Two MF houses did the same routine.
To understand how this impacts Volume, we need to understand what VOLUME is!
VOLUME of a day is simply the number of TRADES that took place on that day.
It doesn't mean that there are more buyers or more sellers, simply that N number of buyers and sellers did a trade.
Now MF Houses do this in a very large amount, and this drives up the volume.
If you have been in the market long enough, you would have definitely noticed that
Price tends to return back to the Institutional Buying Level after a short Impulse -
The Retailers usually buy in the rise and then when share prices fall down to original levels, they exit their positions to avoid further losses or simply put, their stop losses get triggered. This creates LIQUIDITY for the Institutions to fill their partial positions at the same price after offloading them to retailers previously at the top.
In this particular case,
There are a number of green flags.
Share Price bounced from EMA 100 - which has been a strong support all along.
RSI 30 - the usual bounce level and MACD Divergence decreasing
Prices are again above EMA 50 which has been a key level in rising trends for this share.
In previous 4 occasions when this happened, the share went on to make a Higher High.
I am expecting some upside here as well.

Thanks for reading!
Why Bank nifty fall today?? Hello Everyone,
Here You can see on chart bank nifty today panic fall from top, but why??? last 2 days market in Bull run...then why panic fall today??? so, don't worry I am here for analysis why fall.....
1) First you see market fall continue previous days and made Triple Bottom on chart you can see,
2) Then market Next open Gap up and Continue move upside and you should see on daily chart first Big Red candle and next day open Gap up and closed previous day high, so well if you understand candlestick pattern so you know already right??
3) And also Bottom trendline support..
4) you see there is flag pattern and breakout and today open gap up(There are two chances market open gap down because fear of omicron virus and gap up because flag breakout and also had weekend so no idea Monday where open Gap up or gap down), so its better to no carry position on weekend if you want peace of enjoy so.. haha.. well its depended upon you
5) Now, market open gap up but where open??????
direct nearest use resistance major trendline.. if you know that so hope you did not take buy position otherwise you know what happen next... market open gap up and broken use resistance trendline, its impossible without and good news to support market but today no news and market respect resistance and panic fall..
my suggestion is only one if you don't know TA so first learn deeply, and do paper trading so that you understand market sentiment.
ITC stock outlook on 9.12.21Chart is self explanatory.
Retest done and attempting to cross the resistance. With strength in the green candle and increased volume for the day, it is likely to move up to the level of Rs. 260/- very soon.
A simple chart prepared for self learning. Please feel free to suggest.
RSI RANGE SHIFT StrategyFor Beginners who don't know the real meaning of RSI
RSI---RELATIVE STRENGTH INDEX
As the name says it shows the strength of a particular stock or index.
More the RSI more the strength
RSI above 40 indicates very little strength
50/60+ RSI stocks indicates very good strength....But RSI above 80 indicates that the stock is little overbought and may consolidate but doesn't mean it will fall...
RSI below 40 stocks should never be bought...RSI below 40 is oversold but the stock might not bounce back as the strength is weak...So buying a stock with RSI above 50/60 is the best and SHORT selling below 30/40 is the best option...
RSI RANGE SHIFT STRATEGY:
It's a simple swing trading strategy
When RSI is falling and bounces back from 40...it is a buy for the stock once RSI is heading towards 60
It is a SHORT SELL if RSI 40 support is broken
This strategy has to be combined with PRICE ACTION to get a good RISK/REWARD ratio.

[Educational] Building Your Weekly Price Action WatchlistThis post helps you to understand how you can project any pattern formation in earlier stage. Also, It helps you to build your perfect weekly watchlist.
Create Your Price Action Weekly Watchlist in Following Sections:
1) Early Stage Price Action(Waiting Phase)
2) Mid-Stage Price Action(Reversal Entry Phase)
3) Final Price Action(Breakout/Breakdown Entry Phase)
Just spend few hours of your weekend and you don't required any screener to find perfect entry stock. You can build this watchlist according to your trading style.
Timeframe to be consider:
Intraday Positions: 5 Min, 15 Min, 1 Hour
Short Term Positions: 1 Hour, 1 Day, 1 Week
Long Term Positions: 1 Week, 1 Month
GOLDEN CROSSOVER Golden Strategy INDICATORS USED:
EMA 4
EMA 9
EMA 18
TIME FRAME FOR ENTRY/EXIT: 5 min
WORKS VERY WELL ON BOTH NIFTY AND BANK NIFTY
As you can see on the chart that when EMA 4 crosses EMA 9 and EMA 18 together then the crossover of EMA 4 is golden crossover.
This is the bookish definition...Now let's look at the applications with complete trading setup
This strategy works well only on a trending day...
STRATEGY:
BUY once there is a golden crossover as shown in the post below:
SELL once there is a golden crossover as shown in the post below:
SOUNDS very simple and it is indeed but works well only if the day is trending...simple price action or anchored vwap strategy.
Let's look into the STOPLOSS and TARGET:
STOPLOSS:
Place stoploss BELOW EMA 18
TRAILING STOPLOSS:
EMA 4,EMA 9, EMA 18 acts as a good support...Place the trailing stoploss below any of them depending on your setup...(EMA 18 is preferred)
TARGET:
This strategy does not provide and fixed target...Keep trading until the trailing stoploss is hit. (Captures almost entire trend on a trending day...that's why it is best for trending days)
EXAMPLES:
SELL
As you can see on the chart how beautifully EMA 4/9/18 are respected by the market on a trending day...and 250 points of move was captured in NIFTY 50.
BUY
Similarly 230+ points were captured and the market again respected these moving averages
FALSE SIGNAL:
This strategy is not a holy grail...it will give many false signals in a non trending day...so using this strategy along with price action will make it a lot more accurate. DO KEEP IN MIND THAT ANY STRATEGY WHEN FOLLOWED WITH PROPER RISK MANAGEMENT AND POSITION SIZING WILL ONLY GIVE PROFITS IN THE LONG RUN...
If you have any doubts in this strategy do let me know in the comments...would love to answer them asap

Why Do We Fall?Who Do We Fall?
So We Can Learn To Pick Ourselves Up!
- Thomas Wayne
Hey, In this post I am not going to predict the direction of the market. Cause it is tough to be 100% perfect in whatever it may be. It's better to talk about probability of the direction in which nifty is headed.
And is the Covid new strain the reason for the fall? Maybe, But I believe Nifty is intended to full despite the new strain.
So from the chart I believe that nifty has changed its trend from a more inclined channel to a less inclined channel. (Which means still in an uptrend, Though there may be a 6% fall)
Nifty has support at 15,900, where I believe the 200 Day MA will also coincide. Previously It acted as key support many times.
There is also a possibility of trend reversal, (Less probable) But for that nifty has to raise more than 2.5% in the next trading day i.e, Monday.
Happy Trading!
U-TURN Resistance converts into Support (EDUCATIONAL -AARTIIND) Aarti Ind. ltd. This stock has taken Resistance twice at same level, then it consolidated as a parallel channel at that same zone,
and then it given good breakout from parallel channel along with good intensity of volume,
Now it has retraced almost 78.6%, co-incidentally (1) same resistance zone, (2) Parallel channel's top, (3) Support trend line and (4) 200 DEMA, all are there at similar point location, All these 5 conditions met at same level that can provide good support. This scenario makes probabilities very strong each time. where stop loss is too low and Reward is too Good.
Overall scenario
Perfectly U-turn from valid fibonaccy level 0.786%
Daily macd line uptick and also converging towards positive
Good support zone
Support providing 100DEMA also at same responding zone
Parallel channel scenario
Support Trend line

Market Crash after a BULL MARKET? How to predict them?"HISTORY REPEATS ITSELF" is a very powerful mantra for success in STOCK MARKET.
Anyone can mint money in a bull market but THE ONE who protects his/her money before a market crash is the one who makes profits in the long run...
And the fun fact is that market gives enough chances to protect one's capital before the crash.
Here I am with one of the very few patterns which was common in both the major crash of 2008 and 2020 and in a mini crash of 1999.
This SETUP is very simple to read...yet a very powerful one
CONDITIONS TO QUALIFY IN THIS SETUP:
1.EMA 52 Slope should not be one directional upwards (CHECK IN BOTH DAILY AND WEEKLY TIME FRAME)
2.RSI-Sharp dip below 40
3.Triple Top as seen in the 1999/2008/2020 crash.
4.Breaking the bottom of the channel with gap down/low wick red candle.
LOOK AT THE MAGIC (1999 CRASH):
2008 CRASH:
2020 CRASH:
Now This was one such SETUP which was common in 2 MAJOR and 1 MINOR crashes in the data which is available on charts.
MARKETs can fell in many other bearish reversal setups like HEAD AND SHOULDERS as shown in the BEGINNING OF 2015 BEAR MARKET:
Many more reversal setups are there which are visible in most of the mini/major crashes that takes place in the market...I will look forward to share one by one all the possible reversal patterns to avoid confusion in reading and digesting the SETUPs...FOLLOW me to stay updated as soon as I upload them on my channel.

TRADE PULLBACKS LIKE A PROAn Uptrending stock gives many opportunities to enter in it.
But...we miss many of them assuming it as a reversal or before we enter the stock moves much higher again and Risk/Reward ratio is unfavourable for our trade.
Here I am with another tried and tested strategy to find whether it's a pullback or trend reversal and the most IMPORTANT...enter before the stock moves much higher.
So let's discuss Step by Step from STOCK SELECTION to ENTRY,STOPLOSS,EXIT.
I will also be discussing about the candlestick patterns and indicators for better accuracy.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1.STOCK SELECTION:
.Broader market has to be in a uptrend (BULL MARKET)
.The stock should be from an uptrending sector
.The stock has to be in a STAGE 2 uptrending structure to QUALIFY as a stock for pullback.
For detail explanation of STAGES I have linked a post below:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
2.MOMENTUM INDICATORS
.RSI-- It has to be above 50 to increase the accuracy of the trade
.EMA 50--Slope of EMA 50 has to be positive
.MOMENTUM--If it is positive then it's icing on the cake
.ADX--While the stock is falling ADX should also fall to give a shade better trade.
.VOLUME--Should be low when the stock is falling as compared to Going up
Keeping things simple : IF THE STOCK QUALIFIES ALL THE ABOVE CRITERIA OF SELECTION AND INDICATORS THEN IT IS NOT A TREND REVERSAL
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
3.CANDLESTICK PATTERNS
.Low body red candles are a very good sign
.Long wick rejection from the bottom
.Very less big body red candle (NOT MORE THAN 2)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
4.ENTRY
The most important part of pullback trading is to enter before the stock moves very high and also not wait for months for it to move.
STEP-1: Mark the candle of previous high as '0' in daily time frame.
STEP-2:Keep counting the candles from 1-20 as shown in the below figure: (MIN 8 has to be there)
STEP-3: Now when the count is completed mark the lowest price of the stock within the pullback range as 'PIVOT'
STEP-4:Now switch the chart to 1hr time frame as shown on the chart of HDFC Ltd.
NOTE: Candle 0's high has to be the high within these candles (MIN 8)...if not then this strategy might not work well.
STEP 5:Draw a stage structure (BASE) and our entry will be the breakout of this range (50%) and pullback to this STAGE (50%)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
5.STOPLOSS AND EXIT
STOPLOSS: The pivot point will be our stoploss
EXIT: After the stock has broken out of the stage EXIT after 20 counts (It sounds theoritical and funny...but it do works most of the time
Look at the EXAMPLE OF RELIANCE with the concepts mentioned above:
You can also see the EXAMPLE OF AIRTEL's previous pullback
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
NOTE: Like all other strategies even this strategy is not 100% accurate.
I hope you liked this strategy of pullback trading and it might increase your chances to make profits in the market. If you have any doubts do let me know in the comment section below.
I will be posting a lot more strategies for trading/risk management in this channel ahead.

Few learnings I want to share taking Adaniports daily chartFew learnings I want to share taking Adaniports daily chart as example:
EMA’s 13,50 and 200 are plotted in the chart. An ideal price should always be near to all EMA’s but due to demand and supply and various other factors, price revolves around the EMA’s. High demand or High supply will make these EMA’s move away from each other. But the fact is after some time they settle and come closer to each other. Smallest EMA moves faster and first than largest EMA which moves last and slow for all price action movements. These are the opportunities which traders need to profit buy entering at correct time to ensure appropriate and maximum profits are earned. It takes time, learnings, experience to understand these concepts for entry and exit.
From 2021 beginning the price is ascending constantly and taking 13 EMA as support. Instead of 13 EMA, 20 EMA can also be plotted. 13 EMA helps us for a day trading as well as for short and long terms, hence we used 13, 50 and 200 EMA to address the needs of all types of trading. When ever price goes far away from 13 EMA/20 EMA, it will comes back to test or take support before moving on. If 13 EMA/50EMA are above 200 EMA its considered as uptrend and if they are below 200 EMA, its considered as downtrend. In the current example since beginning of 2021, price is in uptrend hance 13 EMA is above 50 EMA and these two are above 200 EMA proving the uptrend. Once price reaches its high or demand lacks, price wont fall suddenly, it will consolidate for some time and then inches to touch the small EMA, here its 13 EMA and takes support (17th Mar) and then goes for a higher high (7th April 20201 example). If 13 EMA support is broken then price tends to go and touch 50 EMA and take support (22nd April) and then makes higher high (7th Jun). After this price couldn’t sustain but with a huge gap down it went and touch 50 EMA and skipped 13 EMA. These gaps will subsequently gets filled, in a few day or few weeks or few months but surely gaps get filled up (example 17th Oct and 18th Oct gap filled up). When price tends to go lower and if 13 EMA crossed 50 EMA from top then higher chances of price to touch 200 EMA or at least it will go very nearby to 200 EMA before reversing.
Flag pattern - Last two months (Mid Aug and Sep till Oct mid), we can see a flag pattern and it got broken on 13th Oct and price making highs covering earlier gaps. Now the probability of price touching earlier highs are very high. This is how we can use EMA’s to optimum and can have a proper entry and exit points for intraday, short term or long term trading.
Wicks – Now let’s talk about wicks, some people consider them and some won’t consider. Here we considered wicks and some learnings we want to share. When ever we see big wicks it means there are traders to buy or sell in that wick space. This means eventually that wicks will get filled up. Example, if you see 7th April/16th April there is a long wick on the up side and eventually it got filled up in over May
period. Color of candle doesn’t matter here when big wicks are made. Same way 14th Jun a hug wick on down side and got filled in couple of days.
Fibonacci – Two Fib levels are plotted to see how price respects them. 0.382 and 0.5 are crucial for a retracement and if support taken then price can move up. At the same time 0.618 if broken then the trend in retracement will continue.
Hope above information on EMA, wicks, Fib levels along with a flag break out example and also a trending up and down market we could learn from this example.

Pullback Strategy - Price Action + IndicatorsRPSG Ventures is an Indian Co in the IT sector
It has witnessed unusually high trading volumes in the recent months in spurts which have been synonymous with 25% upside
In the short term, we can see that the size of red candles almost decreased to a Doji and the share gave signals for a pullback from .628 level with a strong green candle.
The volume during the pullback phase was very dry, showing pretty strong pent up demand.
EMA 21/50 have been good supports during pullback. The level we are looking at also bounced from EMA 21.
RSI is above 50 and not overbought yet. MACD also seems ready for a Bullish Crossover.
It might be interesting to see if the trend is repeated with a strong green candle anytime soon.
The sentiments seem bullish as of now.
Note: This is just for educational purposes and not a trading advice. Please do your Due Diligence before taking any trade position.
Keep Learning :)
Traingle Pattern - Breakout ConfirmedFSL had been trading in a long term parallel channel and short term triangle pattern.
It witnessed a breakout of Short term Triangle Pattern with good volume and this coincides the bounce from long term trend support in parallel channel.
It will be interesting to see if it can reach its recent high and the targets marked in black horizontal lines in the chart itself.
The RSI and MACD are also set up beautifully and the momentum seems good for some upside movement.
The only FOUR stages of a stock's lifeSTAGE 1 (ACCUMULATION):
In this stage the stock consolidates in a narrow price range which usually lasts for months but in some cases years and then breaks on the higher side.
STAGE 2 (ADVACVING):
In this stage the stock price moves in a higher high and higher low structure.
STAGE 3 (DISTRIBUTION):
In this stage the stock price consolidates in a narrow range and then the price breaks on the lower side.
STAGE 4 (DECLINING):
In this stage the stock price moves in a lower high and lower low price pattern.
The only way to make big money is to identify these stages and buy the breakout at the right time.
I have also attached a diagram to show show the four stages. Please do have a look.

WHY DO MOST RETAIL TRADERS LOSE MONEY?Let us find out the reason why retailers lose money year after year
To find out that let's understand the 4 stages of any stock/index.
--> STAGE 1:
.This is the stage where accumulation of the stock by FIIs and DIIs takes place and the price trades in a range bound structure ( as shown on the chart ) where buyers and sellers are in equilibrium.
.This stage might last for many months and in some cases years.
.Most of the retail traders exit because of frustration before the big movement takes place.
--> STAGE 2:
.This is the advancing stage that starts after the breakout from stage 1 with a good volume.
.The stock is bought at every dip and it heads higher forming a HIGHER HIGH and HIGHER LOW structure
.Retailers exit on fear of losing the money earned.
--> STAGE 3:
.This is the distribution phase of a stock where FIIs and DIIs book profits and the shares are distributed to the retail traders.
--> STAGE 4:
.This phase starts after breakdown from stage 3.
.The stock starts it's downtrend journey and at this stage many traders try to average the stock bought and therefore increasing the overall loss.
I hope this post helped you in understanding one of the few ways to get out of the trap retail traders are in and start your journey towards becoming a successful trader.
Thank You for reading with patience
Till then,
Happy Trading :)

H&S pattern examplesee my last idea where i gave buy call above resistance after that stock move really good
a strong resistance zone and head and shoulder pattern breakout
head and shoulder pattern usually work 70%+ times so with good risk to reward ratio we can trade in lower timeframe like 3min to higher timeframe weekly
