The Pawnbroking segment is involved in a small subset of the consumer credit market in the UK and a simple form of asset backed lending dating back to the foundations of banking. The Purchase of Precious Metals segment buy and sells services. The Retail segment offers new and second-hand jewellery, including premium watches, for sale. The company was founded on December 12, 2013 and is headquartered in Middlesbrough, the United Kingdom.
