The Asset Management segment generates revenues by providing asset management services to investors investing in alternative investment and equity portfolio funds based on fund investment agreements. The Technology Services segment provides asset management services to investors investing in alternative investment and equity portfolio funds based on fund investment agreements. The company was founded by Matthew Ganovsky, Kevin Scott Kirby, and Todd Sean McNealy on May 22, 2020 and is headquartered in Orlando, FL.
