The Copper segment includes mining and refining of copper, gold, silver, molybdenum and other by-products. The Minerals segment offers products such as borates, titanium dioxide feedstock and also includes diamond mining, sorting and marketing. The company was founded on December 17, 1959 and is headquartered in Melbourne, Australia.
